- User/Client/You: Refers to the individual, company, or legal entity accessing or utilizing the Services.
- Website: Refers to virtualstategst.com.
- Virtual Office: Provision of a prime commercial address for business presence, including mail handling, business correspondence, and support for GST and company registration.
- Coworking Space: Access to shared workspace facilities, including high-speed internet, ergonomic seating, meeting rooms, and other office amenities.
- Agreement: Refers to these Terms and Conditions, along with any other policies or documents referenced herein.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

- Business Address: Provision of a prestigious commercial address in Jaipur for official use, including GST and company registration purposes.
- Mail Handling: Receipt and notification of mail, with options for forwarding or scanning as per agreed terms.
- Compliance Support: Assistance with documentation and processes required for GST registration, company registration, and other regulatory compliances using the provided virtual address.
3.2 Coworking Space Services
- Access to Facilities: Provision of access to shared office infrastructure, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas during operational hours.
- Amenities: High-speed internet, electricity, basic office supplies, and other amenities as specified in your service package.
- Usage Policy: Users must adhere to the Coworking Space House Rules, which will be provided separately and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. These rules cover aspects such as fair use of resources, noise levels, cleanliness, and respectful conduct.
3.3 Business Registration and Consultancy Services
- Registration Assistance: Support for Company Registration (Private Limited, LLP, etc.), GST Registration, FSSAI License, and Trademark Registration.
- CA Services: Access to chartered accountant services for taxation, auditing, and financial planning.
- Professional Advice: While we provide assistance and guidance, our services do not constitute legal, accounting, or tax advice. Users are advised to seek independent professional counsel for specific legal or financial matters.
4. User Obligations and Responsibilities
As a User of Virtual State GST Services, you agree to:
- Accurate Information: Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the Services. You are responsible for updating your information promptly.
- Lawful Use: Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to Indian laws related to business registration, taxation, and property use.
- Compliance with Policies: Adhere to all Company policies, including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any specific Coworking Space House Rules or service-specific guidelines.
- Prohibited Activities: Not engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or interferes with the proper functioning of the Services or the enjoyment of other users. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access to systems, distribution of malware, harassment, or any activity that could damage the Company's reputation.
- Intellectual Property: Respect the intellectual property rights of the Company and third parties. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials without prior written consent.
- Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Fees and Payment
- Service Fees: Fees for Services will be as agreed upon in your service package or as otherwise communicated by the Company. All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise specified.
- Payment Terms: Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, will be detailed in your service agreement or invoice.
- Late Payments: The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for late or non-payment of fees. Late payment charges may apply as per applicable laws.
- Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or levies, which will be added to the invoice where required by law.
6. Term and Termination
- Term: The term of your Service agreement will be as specified in your service package or agreement.
- Termination by User: You may terminate your Services in accordance with the terms outlined in your service agreement and our Refund Policy.
- Termination by Company: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Engagement in illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Non-payment of fees.
- Any activity that disrupts the Company's operations or harms its reputation.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees.
